Ingredients
4 large apples, peeled and sliced
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, combine apple slices with cinnamon, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss well to coat evenly.
3. Transfer the apple mixture into a greased baking dish.
4. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Add the diced butter and combine with your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
5. Spread the crumble topping over the apples evenly.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
