Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup unsalted butter
1 pound confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving extra on sides for easy lifting out later.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter and butter. Stir over medium heat until melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and mix in confectioners' sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
4. Pour mixture into prepared pan, smoothing out the top.
5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
6. Drizzle melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and use a knife to swirl the chocolate into the fudge.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
8. Once set, lift fudge from pan using parchment edges and cut into squares.
