Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: chocolate chips for extra gooeyness
Instructions
1. In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
2. Stir in milk, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. If desired, add chocolate chips on top or mixed into the batter.
4. Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds, until the cake has risen and is just set in the center.
5. Allow to cool for a minute before enjoying.
Storage
This mug cake is best enjoyed immediately. If needed, cover and store at room temperature for up to 1 day.
