Chilled Creamy Cucumber Delight

Ingredients

2 large cucumbers
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Peel the cucumbers and slice them thinly.
2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the sliced cucumbers, red onion, dill, and mint to the dressing.
4. Gently toss the ingredients to ensure even coating.
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Storage
