0.5 cup water

1 lime, zested and juiced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the beef sirloin tips and sear until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to medium and stir in the flour, coating the beef evenly.
