Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through; remove and slice.
3. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
4. Stir in diced tomatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream, basil, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer.
5. Add chicken slices to the sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and chicken.
7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Storage
