12 oz ziti pasta

1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup spinach leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add zucchini, red bell pepper, and spinach to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
