Cheesy Stuffed Jalapeños
Kick off your sports bash with these spicy, cheesy stuffed jalapeños. Filled with a blend of cream cheese, cheddar, and spices, then baked until bubbly, they're a spicy treat that's hard to resist.

Ingredients
12 large jalapeños
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cilantro. Mix until well blended.
4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing down lightly to fill each pepper.
5. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and olive oil, then sprinkle over the stuffed jalapeños for a crispy topping.
6. Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover stuffed jalapeños in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
