Cheesy Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients

12 large jalapeño peppers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise, removing seeds and membranes.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
4. Stuff each jalapeño half with cheese mixture.
5. In a small bowl, combine Panko bread crumbs and olive oil. Sprinkle over stuffed jalapeños.
6. Place jalapeños on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store leftover poppers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
