Ingredients
1 lb ground sausage
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the chopped rosemary and thyme to the mixture, combining well.
4. Stir in the milk and olive oil until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough.
5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
