Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Marinara sauce for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
3. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.
4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, then brush the mixture evenly over the dough.
5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the dough.
6. Season with salt and garlic powder.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped parsley.
9. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into sticks using a pizza cutter.
10. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
Storage
Store leftover breadsticks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat breadsticks in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-7 minutes, or until warmed through.
