Cheesy Broccoli Cauliflower Delight

Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower until just tender.
3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the flour to form a roux.
4. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream, followed by the cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
5. Add the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg, stirring until the cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
6. Combine the broccoli and cauliflower with the cheese sauce and pour into a greased casserole dish.
7. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F until heated through, about 15-20 minutes.
