Ingredients

1 9-inch pie crust
1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate and set aside.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped broccoli and spinach; sauté until vibrant and tender, about 5 minutes.
4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ricotta, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
5. Spread sautéed vegetables evenly in the pie crust.
