Ingredients
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
2. Warm the milk until lukewarm and mix it with softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
6. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom, then spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with the sugar mixture.
7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
8. Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
10. To make the glaze, whisk together maple syrup, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
11. Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls before serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Reheating
To reheat, warm in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in an oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes.
