Caprese Salad with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
8 oz fresh mozzarella
3 medium ripe tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
1. Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
2. Arrange the mozzarella and tomato slices on a serving platter, alternating between the two.
3. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
4. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the salad.
5. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For best results, store the balsamic glaze separately.
Reheating
