California Cobb Salad
A fresh twist on the classic Cobb Salad, this California Cobb Salad combines the crispiness of assorted greens with the creamy richness of avocado and goat cheese, perfectly blending textures and flavors for a delightful meal.

Ingredients
2 cups mixed salad greens
1 avocado, sliced
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup roasted corn
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, layer the mixed salad greens as a base.
2. Arrange the avocado slices, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, roasted corn, hard-boiled egg, and red onion over the greens in rows.
3. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad evenly.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss gently before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep the dressing separate to maintain freshness.
Reheating
Best served fresh; however, if needed, bring to room temperature and consume without reheating to preserve texture.
