Ingredients
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and honey until well combined.
3. Add the melted butter to the bowl and mix until smooth.
4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
