Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Spicy shredded chicken sliders with creamy blue cheese dressing and a crunchy slaw, all nestled in soft slider buns. Perfect for adding a casual and flavorful kick to your party menu.

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Buffalo sauce
4 oz blue cheese crumbles
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
12 slider buns
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix with Buffalo sauce.
5. In a bowl, combine blue cheese crumbles, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar to make the dressing.
6. In another bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and half of the dressing to make the slaw.
7. Toast slider buns in the oven for 5 minutes or until lightly crispy.
8. Assemble sliders by placing Buffalo chicken on the bottom bun, followed by slaw, and drizzle with remaining dressing. Top with the other half of the bun.
9. Serve immediately.
Storage
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes or until heated through.
