Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup hot sauce (preferably Frank's RedHot)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and hot sauce, stirring until the chicken is fully coated.
3. Add the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture, stirring until smooth and well incorporated.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
8. Serve hot with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through, or microwave in 30-second intervals until warm.
