Ingredients
2 lbs broccoli florets
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Steam broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes; then drain and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, leaving 1/2 cup aside for topping.
5. Fold in the steamed broccoli, ensuring even coverage with the mixture.
6. Transfer the broccoli mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
7. In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
8. Top with the reserved cheddar cheese.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and the top is golden brown.
10. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
