Ingredients
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
2. Add the blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and buttermilk to the mashed avocado and mix thoroughly.
