Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
2. Divide the crumb mixture evenly among serving cups, pressing down lightly to form a crust layer.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
4. Add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and continue to beat until the mixture is fluffy and well combined.
5. Spoon a layer of the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
6. Top the cheesecake layer with an assortment of sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
7. Repeat layers of cheesecake filling and berries as desired, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
8. Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.

Storage

Store any leftover parfaits in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container, for up to 3 days.

Reheating

These parfaits are best enjoyed cold and do not require reheating.
