Berry Bliss Pretzel Delight

A delightful twist on the classic dessert, this Berry Bliss Pretzel Delight combines the sweet tanginess of mixed berries with a buttery pretzel crust, creating a refreshing and satisfying treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), sliced
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
3. Bake the pretzel crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.
4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
6. In a separate bowl, mix the sliced berries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
7. Gently spread the berry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
8. Top with whipped topping, spreading evenly.
9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, to allow layers to set.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

This dessert is best served cold and does not require reheating.
