Banana Pudding Delight

Ingredients

2 cups whole milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
3 ripe bananas, sliced
30 vanilla wafer cookies
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
3. Layer the bottom of a serving dish with a third of the vanilla wafers.
4. Add a layer of banana slices over the wafers.
5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
6. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Enjoy cold or allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
