Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh rosemary before serving.
