Ingredients
1 large apple
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Core the apple, making sure to remove all seeds and create a hollow center.
3. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
4. Stuff the hollow center of the apple with the brown sugar mixture and drizzle with melted butter.
5. Place the apple in a baking dish and cover with foil.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the apple is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
Storage
