Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, diced
4 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup grilled chicken breast, sliced
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 orange, segmented
1 grapefruit, segmented
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
