Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
1/3 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 oz dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add the cocoa powder, honey, almond milk, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
4. Add the melted dark chocolate and blend again until fully incorporated.
5. Transfer the mousse into individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
