Autumn Harvest Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
2 large Gala apples, chopped
1 large ripe pear, chopped
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, pear, grapes, celery, cranberries, and toasted pecans.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and nut mixture, and gently toss until well coated.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for enhanced flavors.
Storage
