Autumn Harvest Latte

A delightful and warming beverage blending espresso, pumpkin puree, and a symphony of spices perfect for cozy fall days.

Ingredients

Espresso - 1 shot
Whole milk - 1 cup
Pumpkin puree - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
Cloves - 1/8 tsp
Whipped cream - optional for topping
Pumpkin pie spice - pinch for garnish

Instructions

1. Brew a shot of espresso and set aside.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until smooth and aromatic, about 2 minutes.
3. Add milk to the mixture and heat until steaming, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and froth the milk mixture using a frother or whisk until foamy.
5. Pour the espresso into a mug and top with the frothed milk mixture.
6. Garnish with whipped cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy the comforting flavors.

Storage

Store any leftover drink in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

Reheat gently on the stovetop over low heat or in the microwave, stirring occasionally to prevent separation.
