Almond Essence Blueberry Cobbler
This delightful twist on a classic blueberry cobbler combines the nutty aroma of almonds with the sweet tang of blueberries, perfect for a summer treat or a warm winter dessert.

Ingredients
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine the blueberries and lemon juice, and set aside.
3. In another bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. Stir in the milk and almond extract until smooth.
5. Melt the butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish in the preheated oven.
6. Pour the batter over the melted butter, but do not stir.
7. Spoon the blueberry mixture evenly over the batter.
8. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Storage
Store any leftover cobbler in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, warm in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
