A creamy and tangy twist on the classic Greek sauce, combining ripe avocados with refreshing cucumbers and herbs, perfect for dipping or as a topping for your Mediterranean dishes.

Inspired by the traditional Greek tzatziki, this variation incorporates avocado for added creaminess and a modern twist to a classic sauce, marrying Greek flavors with a fresh, healthy ingredient.

3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Instructions

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
2. Add Greek yogurt and mash the avocados until smooth and creamy.
