1 cup hot freshly brewed coffee
1 oz Irish whiskey
1 oz white crème de menthe
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream, lightly whipped
Fresh mint sprig for garnish
1. Brew the coffee and pour 1 cup into a heat-resistant glass.
2. Add the brown sugar to the coffee and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Stir in the Irish whiskey and white crème de menthe until well mixed.
4. Gently float the lightly whipped heavy cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
