This recipe combines the creamy goodness of avocado with the sweetness of mango and a hint of spice from jalapeño, inspired by tropical flavors.
2 ripe avocados
1 ripe mango
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 small jalapeño, deseeded and diced

1 tsp red pepper flakes
1. Dice the mango and place it in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the finely chopped red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño to the bowl.
3. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture, then add salt and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
4. Halve, pit, and scoop out the avocados into a separate bowl. Mash with a fork until slightly chunky.
5. Toast the sourdough bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
6. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
7. Top with a generous spoonful of the mango salsa.
8. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving.
Best consumed fresh, but can store leftover salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
