Ingredients

2 large ripe avocados
1 15-oz can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 jalapeños (seeded and chopped)
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt to taste
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Scoop the flesh of the avocados into a food processor.
