1. Brew 6 oz of your favorite coffee.
2. In a heatproof glass, mix the Irish whiskey, honey, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
3. Pour the hot coffee over the whiskey mixture and stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
5. Gently float the whipped cream on top of the coffee by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
6. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of additional cinnamon if desired.
