Savory Kielbasa and Cabbage Skillet

Ingredients

1 lb kielbasa, sliced
1 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 large onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Remove kielbasa and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
5. Stir in bell peppers and cook for another 3 minutes.
6. Add chopped cabbage, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; stir well.
7. Cover and cook until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.
8. Return kielbasa to the skillet and stir in apple cider vinegar.
9. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
