1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 cup water
8 oz tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
3. Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the beef, simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
4. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
