Greek Yogurt Spinach Dip

Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
2. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, feta cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
4. Stir in the cooked spinach and chopped green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish, and optionally, chill for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
