2 large cucumbers
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 green onions, sliced
