Zesty Stuffed Celery Boats

Delightfully crunchy celery boats stuffed with a savory blend of cream cheese, cheddar, and a hint of zesty spices, perfect for an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

6 large celery stalks
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Wash and dry celery stalks thoroughly.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt until smooth.
3. Add lemon juice and mix until incorporated.
4. Spoon the cheese mixture into the celery stalks, pressing gently to fill.
5. Sprinkle finely chopped walnuts and parsley on top for garnish.
6. Cut each stuffed stalk into 3 or 4 pieces for serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Allow the stuffed celery to come to room temperature for 15 minutes before serving for optimal flavor.
