Zesty Southern Corn Dip

Ingredients
2 cups of sweet corn kernels
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
1 small jalapeño, diced
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp of paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the corn, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Sprinkle paprika on top for color and flavor.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Storage
