Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Instructions

1. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
2. Place pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the liquid mixture over them.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until tender.
4. Remove pork chops and keep warm.
5. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the slow cooker juices to make a sauce.
