Ingredients
Shrimp (large, peeled and deveined)
2 lbs
Red potatoes (halved)
1 lb
Corn on the cob (cut into thirds)
3 ears
Smoked sausage (sliced)
12 oz
Lemons (quartered)

Oranges (quartered)

Old Bay seasoning
3 tbsp
Garlic cloves (minced)

Butter
1/2 cup
Fresh parsley (chopped)
1/4 cup
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Water

Instructions
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the Old Bay seasoning.
2. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add the corn and smoked sausage, cooking for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp and citrus quarters, cooking until the shrimp are pink, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Drain the pot, then toss the contents with melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or microwave on medium power.
