Zesty Oven Baked Ribs

Ingredients
2 racks baby back ribs
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
3. Mix ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl to form the sauce.
4. Place ribs on a large foil-lined baking sheet.
5. Brush the sauce generously over both sides of the ribs.
6. Cover ribs with foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
7. Remove foil and increase oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
8. Brush more sauce on the ribs and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
9. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat ribs in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 15 minutes or until warmed through.
