Ingredients

2 lbs carrots (peeled and shredded)
3 large navel oranges (peeled and segmented)

1 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
1/4 cup toasted almonds (sliced)

Instructions
