Ingredients
2 cucumbers, sliced
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and diced mango.
2. Add the finely chopped red onion and fresh cilantro to the bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to create a dressing.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
