Zesty Lemon Tahini Spread

Ingredients
1 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, and water. Stir until smooth.
2. Add minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated and the texture is creamy.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional chopped parsley or a sprinkle of paprika for color.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Reheating
Allow to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld again.
