Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil for frying

Instructions
