Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni
2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
3. Add tuna to the dressing and break it into chunks with a fork.
4. Stir in parsley, dill, red onion, celery, and cherry tomatoes.
5. Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and gently toss until all ingredients are well combined.
